International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package. We ship to international destinations listed via EMS or SF Express. Kindly note that the delivery timeframe does not include delays if your parcel is held up by Customs authorities. Due to the ongoing global pandemic situation, parcels may be delayed by an additional 3 - 5 days.

All international shipping rates quoted do not include import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs related charges which may be levied by the government of the recipient country.
DELIVERY POLICY
- All orders are shipped from Malaysia. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.
- The delivery will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
- Tracking number will be available within 24 hours from dispatch. Once the parcel is picked up, the tracking detail will start to show.
- For orders that include pre-orders, all other items in the same order will be shipped out only when the items are ready.
- During sale periods, please note that there may be a delay in deliveries.
- Please ensure your shipping information is correct. Suuro is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Suuro does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. As customs policies and import duties varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do check with your customs and import authority for more details.
