How to buy
ORDER PROCESS
- Log in/ register as a member > add your favourite item(s) into shopping cart > check out your order and fill in your billing and shipping details > confirm receipt information > select your preferred payment method > complete purchase.
- You will receive your Order Confirmation Email once the payment is completed/ Track your order status at My Account > Order History
Note:
- Adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
- Once your order has been placed successfully, you can’t amend the size/colour of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change the billing/shipping address.
- Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.
- If your order was cancelled due to stock availability, you will be refunded via your original payment mode. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. After we have refunded you, it might take up to 14 working days or more to see it reflected in your account. This depends on your payment services provider. If you have not received your refund after 14 working days, contact your payment processor directly for assistance.
ORDER STATUS INDICATOR
- Unpaid
You have placed the order but haven't paid yet, or we haven't received the funds yet. Order will automatically be cancelled if no payment is made within 24 hours. - Paid
Your order payment is received and order is confirmed. Order is currently pending for packing and shipping out. - Fulfilled
Your order has been shipped. Tracking detail is updated on your orders page. - Cancelled
Your order is cancelled due to no payment received within 24 hours.
PRE-ORDER
- Pre-order refers to ordering a product a which are not made available yet in ready stock.
- We fully embark on the pre-order model in our shop, to offer you the most sustainable way of buying fashion. By pre-ordering, consumers are allowing us to minimise waste by creating exactly as much as is desired.
- New collection will launch monthly and pre-order usually close after 7 days of the release date.
- Customers pay upfront in full at the time of your order. Please be advised that all Pre-order purchases are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
- Products pre-ordered are being shipped approximately 20-30 working days after purchase. Estimated time of arrival may differ among products even under similar pre-order batch.
- For delayed pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
- Please note that demand can be very high on certain items, and items may sell out before the Pre-order Closing Date due to manufacturers' capacity.
- Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the pre-order item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.
- If product(s) pre-ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
- Ready stock will be made available if there is an extra release and you can proceed to cart out.
- If your order consists of both in-stock & preorder item(s), we will ship together once pre-order item(s) arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout.
PAYMENT
- All prices shown are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
- We accept major credit/debit card, FPX and E-wallet payments through ipay88.
- Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to iPay88 payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the iPay88 popup page to secure your order.
- All orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment is made within 24 hours.
