• In-stock orders will be shipped out within 3 working days upon payment verification.
• If your order consists of both in-stock & preorder item(s), we will ship together once pre-order item(s) arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout. 
• For delayed pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
• Please note that demand can be very high on certain items, and items may sell out before the Pre-order Closing Date due to manufacturers' capacity.
• If product(s) pre-ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
• Reasons below will not be considered as defects and no returns or refunds will be carried out: uneven stitching, minor loose thread, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, minor stains that could be washed off, care label quality issue, minor colours variance.
• In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer return or refund for jewellery, swimwear, socks, and any type of inner wear.
