Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms & conditions in full to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged ad agreed to all the terms & conditions stated in our website. 

GENERAL

  • Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For sales enquiries, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.

PURCHASE

  • Kindly ensure that the correct product(s), size, colour and address have been entered before checking out. Suuro Studio is not able to either amend any orders or consolidate orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned. 
  • If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
  • All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • Suuro Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as: 
    • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
    • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

PAYMENT

  • We only accept payment via Online. Payment gateway partner: iPay88.
  • Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to iPay88 payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the iPay88 popup page to secure your order.
  • All orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment is made within 24 hours.

PRE-ORDER

  • New collection will launch monthly and pre-order usually close after 7 days of the release date.
  • Customers pay upfront in full at the time of your order. Please be advised that all Pre-order purchases are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
  • Products pre-ordered are being shipped approximately 20-30 working days after purchase. Estimated time of arrival may differ among products even under similar pre-order batch. 
  • For delayed pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
  • Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the pre-order item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.
  • If product(s) pre-ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
  • Ready stock will be made available if there is an extra release and you can proceed to cart out. 
  • If your order consists of both in-stock & preorder item(s), we will ship together once pre-order item(s) arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout. 

DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (ready stock) upon payment verification. 
  • The delivery will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.
  • For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make the refund in the form of store credits back to you. (Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers) 
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

MEASUREMENT/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEM

  • Measurements stated may vary ±2cm. In this case, it will not be considered as a defect and no exchanges will be accepted.
  • For printed items, please note that placement of prints may differ for every piece due to the cut of the fabric unless stated.
  • Colours shown may have slight variant on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. Requests for return due to such reason will be rejected.
  • For light coloured items, there may be slight small black thread dots which are not obvious and it will not affect the overall appearance, this will not be considered as a defect.
  • Item with slight imperfections ( uneven stitching, minor loose thread, minor stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

RETURN & REFUND

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless you receive defective or wrong item(s).
  • Return is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered in Malaysia, within 7 days of receiving your order.  
  • To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact).
  • Returns that do not meet our Refund Policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Once your return is confirmed, the refunded amount will be credited back using your original payment method. 

SALE

  • All sale item purchased are final sale and strictly cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, offers or coupons.

DISCOUNT CODE/ VOUCHER

  • All discount codes and voucher codes are to be entered upon check out. To ensure that it has been utilized, please double check the final amount is correct before proceeding to the payment page.
  • No refunds will be made for orders where coupon codes are not keyed-in at point of purchase.
  • Vouchers may only be used one at a time and cannot be combined.
  • Coupon codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
  • Coupon/ voucher is not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.

STORE CREDIT

  • If you have an accumulated store credit points, kindly ensure to apply the credit points in order for the discount to be valid. 
  • No refunds will be made for orders where store credit points are not keyed-in at point of purchase.
  • Store credits has a 90 days expiry from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any changes in this clause will be informed accordingly.
  • Store credit points are not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.

BOUNCED PARCEL

  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any return parcel bearing their name. 
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Further details regarding the re-delivery will be provided to the customer. 
  • Suuro Studio reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. 
  • Any unclaimed bounced parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
